På tværs af by- og landegrænser samarbejdede Manchester Literature Festival, Young Identity, LiteratureXchange i Aarhus og Ordkraft i mere end to år om projektet Cities Untold.
Som en del af projektet fik seks talentfulde unge forfattere - Billie Meredith, SAF-S2E, Cassandra Marie Geyti, Silas Toft, Marie Laurberg Nielsen og Selina Rom Andersen - til opgave at skabe et nyt værk, inspireret af fælles ophold i hinandens byer. Projektet blev koordineret af Cathy Bolton, Shirley May (Manchester), Vita Andersen, Jørgen Dissing Nørgaard (Aalborg), Jette Sunesen og Lise Kloster Gram (Aarhus), og produceret af Nicole May.
Projektet er blevet generøst støttet af Manchester City Council, Arts Council England, Kulturministeriet – Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen, Statens Kunstfond, Aarhus Kommune og Aalborg Kommune.

Cities Untold - Retold
Across city and country borders, the Manchester Literature Festival, Young Identity, LiteratureXchange in Aarhus and Ordkraft collaborated for more than two years on the project Cities Untold.
As part of the project, six talented young writers - Billie Meredith, SAF-S2E, Cassandra Marie Geyti, Silas Toft, Marie Laurberg Nielsen and Selina Rom Andersen - were given the task of creating a new work, inspired by shared stays in each other's cities. The project was coordinated by Cathy Bolton, Shirley May (Mancheste, UKr), Vita Andersen, Jørgen Dissing Nørgaard (Aalborg, DK), Jette Sunesen and Lise Kloster Gram (Aarhus, DK), and produced by Nicole May (UK).
The project has been generously supported by Manchester City Council, the Arts Council England, the Danish Ministry of Culture – Palaces and Culture Agency, Danish Arts Foundation, Aarhus Municipality and Aalborg Municipality.
